Communication suggestions

The more complete the information, the more accurate the plan will be

Don’t just post “I want to do a drone show”, at least have a time, place and type of activity.
If the venue has not yet been decided, candidate venues can be provided first to facilitate the determination of take-off and landing areas and viewing surfaces.
The clearer the logo or pattern material, the easier it is to evaluate whether it can be made into a drone formation screen.
It is recommended to reserve backup time for important activities to avoid weather or on-site process changes affecting execution.
