Confirm the exact aircraft batch and the positioning/control equipment supplied with it.

- LED payload status, RTK/GNSS status and firmware notes
- RTK base station, tripod, data radio, router and remote controller
- Software/account handover path and route-file availability
Power and charging
Battery condition and charger throughput decide how easy the system is to operate. Do not treat batteries as a small accessory in a used-system quote.
- Battery model, count, cycle range and excluded batteries
- UN38.3 or test-summary document availability
- Charger model, channel count, power cables and plug standard
- Charging racks, battery boxes and battery rotation plan
Packing, spares and handover
A good B2B package includes practical operating support after the shipment arrives, not only hardware in boxes.
- Flight cases, cartons, foam, pallet plan and final packing list
- Spare propellers, motors, arms, LED boards, screws and cables
- Inspection checklist, test-flight proof and clean media pack
- Training files, first-test workflow and remote support scope
