Complete Drone Light Show System Checklist

A checklist of what should be inside a complete drone light show system package before a buyer sends deposit or books freight.

Complete Drone Light Show System Checklist

Aircraft and positioning

Confirm the exact aircraft batch and the positioning/control equipment supplied with it.

  • Aircraft model, year, quantity and visible condition
  • LED payload status, RTK/GNSS status and firmware notes
  • RTK base station, tripod, data radio, router and remote controller
  • Software/account handover path and route-file availability

Power and charging

Battery condition and charger throughput decide how easy the system is to operate. Do not treat batteries as a small accessory in a used-system quote.

  • Battery model, count, cycle range and excluded batteries
  • UN38.3 or test-summary document availability
  • Charger model, channel count, power cables and plug standard
  • Charging racks, battery boxes and battery rotation plan

Packing, spares and handover

A good B2B package includes practical operating support after the shipment arrives, not only hardware in boxes.

  • Flight cases, cartons, foam, pallet plan and final packing list
  • Spare propellers, motors, arms, LED boards, screws and cables
  • Inspection checklist, test-flight proof and clean media pack
  • Training files, first-test workflow and remote support scope

Prepare a useful RFQ

A complete first message helps us match a real batch and avoid sending generic price lists. Include destination, quantity, timeline, end use and importer path.
