Battery Checks for Used Drone Show Equipment

Battery checks buyers should request before importing used drone show equipment with lithium battery packs.

Battery Checks for Used Drone Show Equipment

Battery condition affects both safety and value

In a used drone light show system, batteries can decide whether the package is immediately usable. Ask for cycle range, visible condition, voltage behavior, storage condition and whether any batteries are excluded from shipment.

Documents for transport

Lithium battery freight requires transport documents and carrier confirmation. Before quoting air freight, confirm UN38.3 or test-summary availability, dangerous-goods packing method and whether the freight forwarder accepts the battery type and quantity.

What to reject

Do not accept batteries that are unsafe or impossible to ship.

  • Swollen batteries
  • Damaged battery shells or connectors
  • Scrap or unknown-condition packs
  • Batteries with no transport document path when air freight is required

How to write the RFQ

Ask the seller to separate aircraft price, included battery count, extra battery option, excluded-battery list, charger count and battery freight route. This avoids comparing incomplete quotations.

Prepare a useful RFQ

A complete first message helps us match a real batch and avoid sending generic price lists. Include destination, quantity, timeline, end use and importer path.
